Greetings Dr. Lam,

Say, if I were to augment the bridge of my nose a few mm using liquid silicon, would that allow the inner part of my eyelids to open up, even if it was to the slightest extent?

in short, unfortunately, no. no degree of nasal augmentation stretches eyelid skin.
