DST

Dr. Lam,

I know you don't use the suture method due to high breakage rate, but what is your opinion on the double suture twisting (DST) method? What are the pros/cons of such a procedure and would you recommend it?

there are 1 million variations on suture techniques with 1 million fancy marketing terms. i believe that if you don't get a good approximation between levator to skin you don't get longevity in the majority of cases. that is MHO.
