Siliconomas

Postby kkhajavi » Fri Apr 10, 2009 7:21 pm

Dr. Lam,

I had liquid silicone injected to my left and right cheek -- unfortunately, I am not happy with the contour results and woul like to have as much of the the silicone removed as possible

However, I don't want to make a bad situation worse. Are there any elegant ways of removing the silicone or is surgical excision / other highly invasive procedures that might lead to scarring the only potential solutions....

Is this an area you have much experience with.....how would you approach this issue (the contour issues are rather slight)..

Thanks so much for your kind response......

i have reviewed your photos and to be honest i don't see anything wrong. i think you are over reading your friends' comments. in my opinion, i would highly recommend not getting a midface lift suggested by your PS. that is really really frightening to me to contemplate. i think the word i come up with is unfathomable. don't waste your money flying down to see me. there is nothing i can fix and based on the 3 photos nothing to fix.
best,
