(for example, smile disfiguration, no strength to chew food, etc). i have rarely seen some weakening when chewing food usually very short lived. smile disfigurement, i had this early on when i was doing it but not for many years now. i use a very rigorous technique with all caliper measurements, in which i double check about 5 different distance ratios and lengths so i simply have not seen this problem for years. given the high dose used and the area injected you must be absolutely precise with the injection to get consistently safe results.
