LAM FACIAL PLASTICS

I have not as officially announced my new video media center, which is now finally released. All videos on this site should pretty much be centralized to a very quick dedicated server so your load times should be faster. I have worked hard to eliminate competing and outdated file formats like windows media player and quicktime. They are now all universally encoded in flash. You can rate the videos and comment on them, even upload your own videos with my ultimate administrative clearance, of course. You can easily embed my videos into your site. Basically, I have created a virtual YouTube environment here, which I would boast to say does not exist on any other plastic surgery website in the world (as far as I know.) And, all the annoying pop op windows have been eliminated. This process has taken my webmaster Mike about 5 months to complete along with my psychotic desire to streamline the look and feel of it, which I think I have finally approved. With the desire to constantly make your experience better, hope you enjoy the new functionality, design, and speed.

p.s.: i am in the process of tearing down all 4000 pages and rebuilding them from scratch with a much improved navigation that i have been promising you. the look of the entire website will change, but this project will take at least 6 months to complete if not longer so patience my loyal friends.
