Otoplasty

Postby gd9427 » Sun Mar 01, 2009 12:17 pm

What is the approximate cost for the surgery? I do not have any ear deformities but they do protrude out further than normal from my head and for aesthetics I would like to have them pinned closer.

Thanks.
Greg in Dallas.

Dr. Lam.
How long does it take Marcy to answer an email?
It has been 4 days since my first email, I made sure to send a 2nd email on day 2 (tue 3/03) asking for the cost of Otoplasty, and still no reply.
What if I'm looking at getting this done ASAP? without getting back to me I feel like you do not value prospective patients and perhaps I should start looking elsewhere.

sorry greg. marcy answers over 60 emails a day including constanze in the front office and maintains my seeing 40 patients a day and answers like a hundred calls a day. just send me a PM. i'll tell you. just call 972-312-8188 to schedule an appointment because i am booked out until mid-May for a consultation even. we can probably get you through the process more quickly but i am very sorry that my staff has not responded earlier.
best,
sml

I understand that your office is busy, that's good. But there needs to be a reasonable amount of time for your staff to respond to prospective clients. 5 days is not acceptable.
However, you stated just send you a PM and you would give me a quote.
Is PM "personal mail?" if so where do i get that from? I dont see it on the site.
I have to know the cost before I can consider setting up a consultation.

Another thing. the website menu for the headings:"Procedures, Before & Afters, Testimonials, etc". its drop down menus are being blocked by the 2 other menus below it: ("Ask Dr. Lam, Blog, Vlog, etc) and ("Before, 1.Consult, etc").
So users like me cannot see all of the items in the dropdown menus.
Have your webmaster fix that please.
-thx
Greg
