MY OBJECTIVES OF THIS SECTION

Dr. Lam at times updates major sections of this website and would like a forum to communicate those changes in a single location, hence this new section. He welcomes your feedback, input, and thoughts.

MY OBJECTIVES OF THIS SECTION

Postby dr. lam » Mon Feb 09, 2009 9:26 pm

I decided to start 2 new sections to encourage more sharing. Even though this section is for me to tell you about new things on this website, you guys can post something here so long as it pertains to your thoughts about the website or suggested changes, etc. i promise that i read every submission and thought. if you want a random comment, please just put that random comment in the other section on random comments.

1. Okay, I am working to better index my blogs, which based on a blog reader, "Vancouver", I totally agree with. Mike, my webmaster, is working on getting that plugin put in along with other changes.

2. During the ice storm in Dallas, I was bored out of my brain so I put descriptions (extensively) in my new before and after gallery. I spent 12 straight bleary-eyed hours doing that. I think they are very helpful for people who don't know my philosophy or how to "read" my before and after results to read my descriptions. I still have not finished yet.

That's it for now. I will keep you posted to new updates/events. Btw, the "updates" section you see on every page of this website that appears as one of the quick tabs only documents when a new web page is published so any other type of update will need to be announced. Hence this section. Also, I HATE my navigation. Just to let you know, I am hard at work cleaning up the nav AND the color scheme. I should say Mike is hard at work doing that. Hopefully that will be ready soon. If anyone has any ideas how to make this website more educational, user friendly, fun, or anything, please share your thoughts. My readership, patients, and I appreciate that.

best,
sml
