Dr Lam:
I'm a black male and dislike my facial profile angle--it's notable prognathism and protrusion does not look very attractive. I do have a slightly weak chin, but the real problem is the angle of the face itself.
I want my profile to look more like a Caucasian male--with a pronounced chin and "crescent" angle to the lower profile.
Do you think a chin implant would solve the problem, making the prognathism less pronounced, or would a bony setback procedure be a better alternative?
