Hi there, Dr Lam, I have a number of tiny scarred pores and want to fix them. TCA CROSS seems like it would be the most effective. Can you estimate what the smallest size pore, in diameter, that you have treated with TCA CROSS?

thanks!

tough to say but i usually don't treat pores per se. i focus on scars that may look like pores. in other words, i cannot use the TCA accurately enough to do like several hundred holes. if the holes are too close the areas won't heal as well. i work on scattered scars that are pore-like. sorry for the elliptical answer. i just don't make it a point to treat pores.
best,
sml
