i had a fat graft done several years ago which turned out absolutely horrible because the fat was so overfilled under the eyes and in the tear trough area that it was actually bulging out and made it look like a had bulges under my eyes, that too absolutely asymmetrical and horrid looking under overhead lighting.
i already tried kenalog many times which did work for a month or so each time, but after that the lumps always came back (probably showing that they r more fat than scar tissue, and also probably because it just resulted in atrophy which was welcome in this case) so i wud like to first try any other alternatives before getting them surgically removed.
can PCDC (phosphatidylcholine and deoxycholate) injections, in small amounts, be used to dissolve the extra fat overfill lumps under the eyes? i hv read they work for normal fat, but wud they work for this grafted fat? the lumps of fat seem to be enclosed (u can feel them separately) and they are more firm than "normal" fat. but they are still fat, right?
also, what abt phophatidylcholine alone?
is collagenase injection available yet for this purpose?
anything else (any injection/treatment) u can suggest? i still think that even just a little removal of the fat might help to salvage the situation.
