This section of the forum is dedicated to discussions on various surgical techniques for facial rejuvenation, including fat transfer/fat grafting, browlift, blepharoplasty (cosmetic eyelid surgery), facelift, etc. Also, this category includes questions on hand rejuvenation via fat grafting. (Of note, Dr. Lam does not perform body rejuvenation except for hand fat grafting)
pretty much immediately. there should not be any kind of risk putting botox into areas recently transplanted with fat, especially considering that the forehead and between the eyes are typically not transplanted with fat. only the sides of the eyes are. in general, i would wait a couple of weeks to let the swelling subside so that you can "enjoy" the botox, i.e., when you are returning back toward a normal looking face. also, if fat grafting is still in its very swollen condition, it may be hard to make a read where the smile lines are to be injected. besides all of that, i think botox should be fine anytime after fat grafting.
