fortunately, in my hands i have never had a disaster. i have just had extremely dissatisfied patients with little to no change. i have seen mild scarring in my hands that was managed with 5-FU and silicone coverage. my very experienced colleagues on the other hand have had disasters, including huge scarring, nerve damage, and lumps from injections that occurred from injecting fat and other products simultaneously. i would say this much: DON'T DO IT. DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT DOING IT. and i won't do it. i threw all my extra surgiwires away a couple of years ago. i rather they be in the trash than be used for profit. that is how strongly i am opposed to this product.
best,
