no but i just did a fat transfer for a gentleman who flew from australia for my fat grafting to fix his acne scars. now, let me explain. i principally used the fat transfer to rebuild areas of lost volume in his face even though he was young in his mid 30s. i cross hatched fat across all the scars in hope that would help his acne scarring too through stem cell changes. i have one close up shot in my before and after gallery that shows improvement in the skin completely due to fat grafting's stem cell effects. the only problem with using fat transfer's stem cell effects on a patient is twofold:
1. it is unpredictable (so i would only do it for someone who also needs some volume)
2. i would not want to add volume where volume is not needed.
best,
