Dear Mr.Lam,
I am Canadian but live in South-Korea (my husband is US military) I am one month post op of a full face fat grafting which was performed here by a reknown Korean surgeon. Unfortunately, I discovered your website after my surgery and did not know about the forehead or I would have ask my doctor to leave it alone. The result of the fat grafting is great except for the forehead, which is not that bad but is a bit lumpy on both sides, it's not really noticeable unless you look closely, Thank God!
But here is my question. My doctor have been treating me with ultra sound. 10 days after the surgery I was going in every two days to have an ultra sound treatment (chong pa - in Korean - I had to learn it because some of the nurses don't speak English ) done on the lumps in order to smooth them out. It did help a bit but the lumps did not disappear completely. Have you heard about this procedure? Can this make it worse or affect the survival of the graft in the whole face?
I love your website, very informative and helpful. Thank you so much for taking the time to explain everything in such details. You are sooo very valuable. I wish there was more doctor like you in this world. I glad I found you!
Thank you for answering my question.
