Small Box Car Scars

This section of the forum is dedicated to discussions on managing, treating, and correcting acne scarring. (Of note, Dr. Lam is focused principally on acne scarring rather than on managing the ongoing condition of acne, which a dermatologist would be better equipped to address.)

Small Box Car Scars

Postby Ilmg2012 » Tue Mar 12, 2013 1:10 pm

Dr Lam, would TCA cross be effective for small box cars. Meaning, possibly no larger than 3-4mm but you can see the base of the scar as well. I thought I had mostly ice picks but it seems that some of the scars Ive accumulated are more wide than they are deep.

I appreciate your response :)

most likely silicone would be better. i would have to see you but i think you are describing silicone based treatments for improvement.
