silicone is good for the marionette line but hard to actually turn the very corner up. what i tend to do for those interested is build up the marionette line with silicone with a couple of rounds typically then finish it with perlane for the person who does not mind a temporary fix. that way i get a steady baseline that only needs minor correction with the perlane. i actually just did that today for a lady i fat grafted about 4 years ago and we did it on camera for national tv for the show amazing race, for which she is a contestant. watch me this coming season!
