First I must say that I love, love, LOVE your site!
I can't believe how much work you put into client education/care...priceless.

My question is about old acne scars on my chest.
The pimple would never surface,
then when it healed, it left the mark underneath.
My skin has a spotchy look (not sexy!).
I have light skin, but these spots can still be seen.
I have been self-conscious for so long.
Is there a remedy?

Tans don't even the tone out, only accent the issue.
I was told that maybe a strong TCA peel would work...
but I didn't understand that, because the problem is under the skin.

I really focus on the face. I would rather you ask a dermatologist or body plastic surgeon, as I try to restrict my expertise to facial cosmetic issues. I wish I could be more helpful. If it is just placing some Restylane under depressed scars, I can do that. But, in general, you probably would be best served by seeking a cosmetic dermatologist or body PS.
