hi dr lam

i am considering restylane injections but have heard horror stories of women who develop a blue tint under their skin. do you know why this could happen?

absolutely, the product was placed too closely to the skin called the Tyndall effect. I don't see that because I use my cannula technique. In the worst case scenario, I can correct that problem with a dissolver called Vitrase which dissolves the product within hours. I am VERY GOOD at this so don't worry.
