hi,
yes, i do not have a stored image of her frontal view. however, i do remember it. i believe that although her bridge is her principal problem, her tip requires work as well. the nasal tip cartilages are too wide and full. I will perform what is known as a "cephalic trim" and "dome binding" to bring the tip into a more elegant shape and more refined/narrower for her. i think she will really like that. as far as i recall, the nasal tip was slightly downward sloping too but i would have to see it again to remember exactly. that could be turned just every so slightly up. if she already feels comfortable to proceed, we can talk again and i can show her at the time of the preoperative evaluation. however, if she would feel more comfortable, we can always do a second consultation separately. either way, she will still be spending more time with me before the procedure so don't worry about that.
best,
sml
