Leanne,
Yes, but you have to be a candidate. I use Restylane, Radiesse, and silicone. The costs vary between 550 to let's say 2100. If you have a very large hump, for example, I would recommend a formal rhinoplasty. If you have only the slightest hump and a low starting point that is your nose starts lower I can treat it with a few drops of silicone. Sometimes however you need more than one treatment. Therefore, I gave you the worst case scenario with 700/treatment of silicone x 3 spaced over several months with a month between injections. If you do Restylane it is $550. Radiesse is $800. Radiesse typically lasts longer possibly over a year to year and half versus Restylane which is perhaps about a year or slightly less. Here are my thoughts if you are not a candidate for silicone in that you really need a surgical rhinoplasty, then I would HIGHLY recommend doing Restylane for two reasons. First, it is reversible in case you don't like it or want to proceed with a formal rhinoplasty. Second, it won't mess up my rhinoplasty. Radiesse really is not advisable if you are contemplating rhinoplasty anytime in the future because it sticks around and messes up tissue planes and you could have a lumpy result in the treated area after rhinoplasty. I hope this answer makes sense.
Best,
SML
