I had surgery about 3 months ago, when the bandages first came off I was really happy, both ears were flat to my head and looked really good. After about 6 weeks the top of the left ear sprang out, and on the right ear the top and the middle had sprung out.

Could you please take a look at my picture and give me some advice about if you think this can be fixed, have my ears been over corrected? and how they look in general as I am really upset about all of this.

i don't know where your ears started but they look pretty good to me. could the tops be in a little bit more? perhaps. but i think your ears look fine to me. that is just my opinion.

When my bandages were taken off the tops were also close to my head, I was 100% happy with them until they sprung out around 6 weeks later.

Would you recommend going back to the same surgeon for a revision? (the surgeon told me the ears should stay exactly the same)

If I was to choose a different surgeon such as yourself how long would I have to wait before a revision is possible?

my personal opinion is that you would not look better with your ears farther back. in any case, i would wait at least 6 months to see how things relax but i probably should not be your surgeon for 2 reasons:
1. i could not guarantee a little bit of relaxation.
2. your ears look about right to me. i know you probably want them super tight to your head but they may not look as natural that way and there is no way any surgeon can be that precise to keep your ears exactly at a certain point. ears can relax a bit. if your surgeon told you that your ears would be exactly where they were then that is something between you and him. i always say that ears can relax a little bit. you can never be 100% perfect with ears. i would say be happy with where you are despite what your surgeon says. if you cannot be, then wait 6 months but i probably should not be your surgeon because despite a ton ton ton of experience with otoplasty i NEVER promise that degree of perfection. it is unattainable.
