Neck

Hi Dr. Lam,

I am curious, I have some loose skin under my neck.(Pre mature turkey neck!) Not sure if liposuction would be the solution. Perhaps, a little nip and tuck instead? ;) I am 45, fair skin and in good shape. What would you suggest?

liposuction is generally a disaster after the age of 40. turkey bands start to show up due to removing the thin veil of fat between the sagging neck muscles and the skin. i would have to see your situation to make a recommendation. tightening lasers may help like the Accent XL, but again i would have to see your situation.
