Im a 25 year old asian male and i had rhinoplasty (silicone nasal implant) 8 years ago, i want to get it removed due to having an unnatural shiny appearance and it doesnt look natural especially if you look at it from below. I think its just an "I" implant and nothing was done to the tip. Would there be a problem removing the implant and will it look like my old nose pre-op? and how much would it cost?
typically in most cases especially in an I implant, the nose should be ok. can never promise that. cost wise, please send that question to email@example.com. remember that in rare cases if there really is a serious problem to the underlying cartilage you may need an injectable to fix it or if the tip is truly off you might need a revision surgery procedure, which would be much more expensive. that is something that you just need to be prepared for.
