i have no idea what you are talking about. what is radiosurgery? here is the bottom line: anything hot on the skin will lead to higher risk of scarring. that means lasers, radiofrequency, anything. there is nothing like a cold knife. i have managed too many problems from people trying to burn things off when they are big. heat is almost always bad when you are talking about an incision. if it is to contract saggy skin, then it can be good (i use radiofrequency for that). anything but a cold knife is bad for an incision. lasers etc. are way over romanticized.
