what is the minimum amount of fat that you inject in the face?

there is no minimum. last week i did about 10.5 cc into a young 28 year old. typically i put 20 to 30 in people younger than 40 and 30 to 50 in people over 40 as a general guideline. however, i know how to use fat very effectively so even though my volumes are typically lower than other surgeons', my results are certainly not.

may i ask, why did this 28 year old not have fillers? how come she opted for fat considering her age?

she wanted something permanent. if you figure fillers every 6 months to a year over 20 years is pretty expensive. obviously, doing fat in someone this young forces you to consider 2 things: long-term safety (which is what i provided her by staying safe with my numbers and design work) and even though i say "permanence" she will need probably a small touchup in 10 years.

I am curious, if someone needs a touchup, do they spend another amount of money, I have always wondered how that works.

my charge now for a touch up is zero. that is valid for the first year to 1.5 years out from the procedure. i cover all expenses. 95% do not need one.

is she not worried about bloating in pregnancy?

apparently not. however, i did consult her extensively about that possibility.

if you only put 10ccs of fat in a face, would the swelling, bruising and down time be less?
