Hi dr Lam

im not satisfied with my crease created by the korean micro incision technique
this technique makes 3 tiny incisions on each eyelid and then 3 sutures are waven vertically on the tarsal plate wich created the crease

if i went for revision ,,the full incisional type ,,
do these sutures have to be removed ? from the korean micro incision technique ?
another girl on a forum told me that these sutures ...

I have some little fat graft lumps under my nose. When I lightly push on it -it turns red and leaves a red blotch mark on my face for around 2 minutes. What do you think that means?
this does not happen any where else on my face or on other fat graft lumps.

I read an article on subcision at it said it could cause facial nerve damage which kinda scared me...Is this complication likely?? Is it more dangerous to do subcision on the forehead(thats where my scarring is)? Also do you perform subcision?...I really want to have this done but the article scared me a bit.

I've read your answers re: silicone to correct bridge abnormalities, but I am more concerned with the tip. I am Chinese with fairly light skin colour, and I received a Kenalog injection after a hypertrophic scar excision 5 months ago. The hypertrophy is gone, but the area beside the Kenalog injection site is showing skin atrophy and hypopigmentation (skin lightening).
