Dear Dr. Lam,
I'd be interested in having alar base reduction. Being of Asian descent I have thick alae and a wide alar base. Could you tell me some things : is it possible to retain the same nostril shape? does it leave a scar? what method do you use? and how much does it cost?

When you extract the fat for grafting do you have to liposuction or can you use a needle when small amounts are needed? Also I read you mentioned that the survival rate has more to do with blood supply. Do you mix any blood with the fat when you inject? One last question. When fat is injected does it do anything for pigmentation if the area is a little hyperpigmented under flourescent lighting. ...

Over the past two years, I have had two treatments of radiesse to plump up my cheeks. I am in my early 30s so I did this only to have greater definition of my cheek apples. Does this procedure strech the skin so that it could potentially sag and get lines/wrinkles at a faster pace?
