1) Like you said, asian female look the most natural when the eyelid is low and small. Like you said, you will only perform surgery if you think that will look the best (most natural) for her. I had asian rhinoplasty about a month+a week ago in Taipei. My doctor used Silicon I implant (.35mm) and septal and ear cartilage on me. My bridge now is so high and thick, ususally how long does it take for the bridge to settle down? Also is .35mm a big change in height?
