Hello Dr. Lam! One of the things that I feel self-conscious about is my uneven eyelids. I've had them as far as I can remember although it hasn't bothered me until lately.

One of my eyes has a high crease while the other seems to be a single eyelid.




If I tilt my head back, you could see the crease on that eye.




I have thought about trying an eye glue for now ...

I have a question about asian eyelid surgery. I have "double' eyelids but those are folding inwards that when my eyes are wide open, the folds disappear, can surgery help correct them? I am not looking to make a bigger crease but just wanting them to be visible if that makes sense? Thank you!

I am interested in having rhinoplasty. I am of Southeast Asian descent and have what I would call "combo" nose problem. In general, my "lower" nose is high like that of a Caucasian person. As a matter of fact, a the "lower" part needs a reduction because of the hump.

Are you willing to perform more dramatic changes on a patient such as considerable dorsal augmentation and/or nostril narrowing if the patient desired it, despite it being against your own personal aesthetic preferences?
