Hi Dr Lam,
Generally to put in a silicone implant to an asian nose, it takes about 1 years for the nose to fully heal and shape of nose to reveal. correct?

How about to take out the implant, how long do i have to wait to see the shape of a nose without the implant?

i'm an asian female who had I-shaped silicone implant with ear cartilage to the tip 6 months ago. i had the silicone implant in january, but left the ear cartilage in. the ear cartilage has always been kind of pointy on the left side of my nostril, even right after i had the surgery done. taking the silicone implant out didnt make a diffference.

i'm not sure what the ear cartilage graft ...

I was wondering if you ever consider using freeze dried and frozen bone approved by American Bone Bank. after my asian bleph, i noticed that my eyes had become too large...buggy, you might almost say. other than a revision bleph, are there any alternatives to lowering the upper lid by a little bit? would fat grafting/filler in this area work?

that said, most of the time i see revision blepharoplasty being used to correct the crease size, but not the actual size of the eye. could a revision bleph help make my eyes ...

Would you say most of the asian that have double eyelids, including naturally or man made are closed in (the corner near the nose)? In other words, is the shape usually flare rather than parallel?

I've read of complications that can happen when an asian double eyelid surgery is perform. Of all those, the blindness part is what scares me the most.
