As a side note: Consider 10, 20, 30, 40 years of aging after micro silicone for acne scars; doesn't skin get lax and saggy ...

Hi doctor,
first of all, do you perform the VBeam laser? If so, is it a good or bad idea to pair it with subcision? from my understanding, Vbeam forces blood vessels deeper down the skin, away from the top layer of the skin. But is this blood vital when performing subcision?

Second, do you know if it is safe to perform Vbeam one week after a 35% glycolic acid peel?

I had oily skin with severe acne and i finished two course of isotretinoin (6month per course)

Now my face is not oily , but i have dented acne scars all over my cheeks.

One plastic surgeon promised 50% improvement with 1 session of surgical dermabrasion and 2 more sessions to smooth out my skin.

But my dermatologists who prescribed me the medication only suggested fraxel laser and only 40% improvements after ...
