I have hundreds of tiny white bumps on my chest after acne there as a teen. It's been over 10 years and they are still there. They are more visible when I turn red (working out) or get tan. I had tca cross with 100% 8 weeks ago on my cheeks, but the treated areas are still red and raw looking. all scabs came off by the 14th day. now they look like post acne marks. when I yawn or stretch out my cheeks, the redness is gone but it comes right back.
any thoughts or anything I can do to speed the healing and fade the redness? any supplements? creams? ...

I had subcision that left behind lumps or bumps. It is pretty small in diameter and looks like a small to medium sized zit. Will this go away completely in time? If so, how long would it take?
