How do you feel about jaw implants. It is hard to see any before and after pictures online. Also the area right above the jowl in between your cheekbone how does one create that hollowness which accentuates the face and creates that seperation between the jaw and cheekbones.

does botox have any impact on how well a fat graft will take? If mine has worn off shold I wait to get more until after a FG, and if so how long after a FG do you recommend for the waiting period?

I am planning on getting invisible braces in the next couple months and I was also considering getting botox to reduce my jaw. If i get the botox done first, and then go in for my braces (ie. getting my teeth impressions and scans etc) will there be issues with my braces treatment? Just wondering since they both involve my mouth region.

I've a few queries that i hope you can help me:
Q1)When you doing the cheeks, do you just inject fillers on the anterior cheeks and the outer cheeks as well? What's the difference if you just do the anterior cheek only?

Q2)As for the eye area to look less tired and more rested,can we just do the outer eye area but not the tear trough area?what is the effect if only ...

Please can you tell me somthing about botox as it is used in the platysma bands of the neck:

1. Is it true that the lower down in the face it is used, the longer and stronger the effect? If so, why?

2. Is it also true that after several uses the muscle eventually stops contracting (and can you then avoid neck surgery)?

3. Is it necessary for this injecting to be done ...

I had Botox jaw reduction by you about one month ago. I like the results so far. One question: If I fail to stop crunching the ice in my sodas, crunching hard candy and chewing gum, will the results dissipate more quickly? I can guess your answer, but would like to know what you say about this.

I also have a question regarding botox resistence. I have been having injections for over 3 years now, with about 5 month intervals in between. My muscles are usually unable to contract the day after injections, but my muscles seem to be contracting just fine today after injections done yesterday, Could this be a sign of growing resistence? what could be another reason for delayed weakening of injected muscles? could the botox have missed thetargeted ...
