I had a hump removed about 8 months ago and my doctor used spreader grafts which I wasnt told would be placed before the procedure. Now my nose looks much wider that before. He told me that my nose would narrow with time but it doesn't seem to be happening. Can the spreader grafts be removed?? And if they are removed will it cause my nose to look deformed?? I had a revision rhinoplast done 6 months ago. Since the surgery, I have noticed how much my eyes have changed and sucken in. They look absolutly horrible and feel very different too. Like they are always tired, but I am not! Please tell me if this is commom after rhinoplasty and if it will every go away. I am feeling just horrible about this.

I'm interested in having lower eyelid surgery to remove puffiness under my eyes. I'm also interested in having rhinoplasty to narrow the width of my nose somewhat. Is it safe to have BOTH procedures done at the same time? What is your recommendation?

Do you do gortex rhinoplasty revision?
My nose implant is not straight when viewed from the front. eg. Instead of a straight "|" it looks more like a curve "("
Is it a complicated procedure? I heard the tissue sort of grow into gortex , so will my nose get deformed if i want to remove the implant?
