i had an otoplasty done 2 months ago, i am not satisfied with the results. girls say i have a pretty face when i cover up my ears but even after otoplasty, girls still say i have big ears and do no want 2 date me. the top of my left ear is 0.8 inches with the right being 0.66.

I am a 23 yr old male considering otoplasty -- specifically, ear pinning. After visiting various online resources, I suspect that the surgery would focus on an over-developed concha; the antihelix seems to be sufficient.

Could you please let me know roughly what the cost of an Otoplasty procedure would be (including anasthesia and any other additional costs)? I am hopeful of saving up enough for the procedure by next year, and I would like to know how much I should estimate for. Is it possible to undergo an otoplasty in which you would increase the fold in my antihelical fold only (i.e, no conchal bowl setback)? I am wanting to have something done, but I don't want it to be too drastic. Thanks
