Can fat be injected in the upper jaw below the cheekbone to augment the face? If yes does the fat hold well in that area and does it create more of an angular appearance?

I have a couple of questions about the fat graphing procedure.
a) Do you use local or general anesthesia when doing the fat transfer. Or do you offer either option?
b) When harvesting the fat, does it matter if it is fat that you just gained? Or fat that has been there a while, for example if you have lost 20 pounds and kept it off for a few months, and that is the fat ...

I watched with special interest your talk on the buccal zone and the "upside u" around the chin. I have noticed the deficiency in these areas on me for several years. I'm 40, male but no one seems to address these areas.

Besides fat, is there an effective filler for these areas?

Some of the patients appear to have a wider/heavier jawline after fat transfer. Is there a reason for this?

I watched all of your Youtube videos on Fat Grafting to the face. I think that your methods are superb.

Given your expertise on the subject, I would like to know your thoughts on Stem Cell Enhanced Facelifts. Have you seen the latest findings...what are your thoughts? Is this a procedure that you will be providing in the future?

Have you found 5fu results to be permanent for bringing down protruding fat grafts?
Do you mix steroid into your 5fu injections?
What are the risks of 5fu injections?
