Hi Dr. Lam,
I found your site on youtube about cheek implants....which I need. My jawline is also skinny, narrow. I am wondering if the chin implants can be put on the edge of the lower jaw bone, near the ear lobe or a little lower to give the look of a fuller jaw?
My problem is too extreme, just enough to make me self concious when wearing my hair up or back and this ...

Do chin implants last most people for a lifetime or do most get infected or erosion 10-20 years later?

hey, i'm of half-asian descent and i've got a rather ethnic profile with a prominent mouth. yet my teeth don't seem to be more forward than anyone else so it's really the skin that covers them which is too thick or whatever and my cheeks that are too thick as well. what can be done to improve this?

Dr. Lam - will fat grafting help my chin? I am not sure what it is called, but my chin when I take pictures shows what I think may be called folds. I am not fat, and my chin is not fat, but it looks awful!
Also, will building up one's muscles with a microcurrent stimulation treatment help before fat grafting?

I have attempted to create contour and angularity on my long, narrow face with cheek and mandible angle implants - without much success. In fact, I had the mandible angle implants removed altogether.
