sorry for the delay in replying. as you know, i have been out of country until now. as far as changing the shape of the lip, the answer is yes and no. yes, i can contour the red shape of the lip to create a more favorable shape (see attachment) where i changed it from a round to a three part curve. however, when you start to try to mess with the vermilion border (the border between the red and white lips) like with a lip reduction/advancement there, you have unacceptable scarring that cannot even be covered with makeup. hope that is clear.
