Hi Dr. Lam, My lips have scar tissue from lip implants (and subsequent removal), and a very small amount of silikon. My lips don't look too large at rest, but are a little poofier than I would like. The bigger problem is the scar tissue from the implants makes my lips get bigger when I'm smiling, kind of flat but too high vertically and they cover my teeth. I would like to have the top lip that disappears when smiling as you've talked about. I was going to try 5fu injections, but think I should just go ahead and have lip reduction surgery. Have you fixed a similar case? One of your b/a's has a similar look to mine, but my main problem isn't too much silicone. Can scar tissue within the lip be removed?
