Because in 95% of women, they look ridiculous. Most women are very focused on the appearance of the upper lip to the point that they will do many things that afterward they regret. If someone has absolutely no red lip (like zero) and a very elongated upper white lip (with aging) covering their teeth and do not mind a scar that will be slightly visible without makeup, then she can be a good candidate. Anyone else that has a decent red lip but wants it "oh just a little turned up" winds up with a duck appearance. the trick to make a woman look amazing and that will age well for her over time is to focus on the sensuousness of the bottom lip. i know this goes against the grain but you can watch my videos on my philosophy of lip augmentation and suffice it to say that i do a corrective lip job literally almost every other day for you to understand why i hate lip lifts. btw, i have fixed two of them in the last couple of months. hope that is somewhat clear as a start. it is never as clear as my showing you in the mirror in person though.

what is the answer for you? i need to see you to help you decide. it is not just the absolute lip length, it is the lip length in relationship to teeth and other facial features. sometimes correcting something can lead to other problems.
