Laser Scar Revision - Ear

This section of the forum is dedicated to discussions on managing, treating, and correcting acne scarring. (Of note, Dr. Lam is focused principally on acne scarring rather than on managing the ongoing condition of acne, which a dermatologist would be better equipped to address.)

Hello Dr. Lam,

I have several scars that I would like to have treated. My scars are a result of an assault that took place nearly 2 years ago. Also, would my health care provider particpate because I was assaulted?

if they are on the face and neck, then i can help since i specialize in that one area. if they are just skin issues then i do not see why i need your health care provider to be involved. just fyi, i do not take insurance for my services. i am sorry about that.
