laser (or in this case plasma) helps create a better texture of the skin. it adds 2 to 3 days more of swelling and also adds more work time to clean and dress the skin (see the video diaries). as far as i remember from your skin, i think it is not critical but would always add a nicer texture to your result. in fact, i have tried a lot of lasers, and plasma is the best for texture. the problem is that it takes about 6 months to start seeing that texture change. superficial damage (which i do not see in your skin from the photos) leads to immediate results in 1 to 2 weeks. most of your result will start to occur at a month and become much more apparent after 6 to 9 months.
