Is it safe to use the Pixel 2940 Laser in hair-bearing areas without causing permanent damage to the hair follicles?

What about the KTP Laser?

If either cannot be used in such areas, can dermabrasion be used in scarring around hair-bearing areas of the face such as the hairline or over the eyebrows?

Basically, would direct application of either laser to an area with hair follicles cause permanent damage to said follicles?

in my experience, both are safe around follicles.
