Can you tell me how do you remove the bump on nose?
Is this safe (removing the bump)?
How long does this operation take?
Can you tell me the risks?
Does your face be fat after surgery that the causes are by trauma and ocular blood vessel disruption?

Can you tell me how do you remove the bump on nose?
YES, I USE VERY SMALL INSTRUMENTS AND I REMOVE IT WITH A CLEAN SHAVE USING A NO.15 BLADE FOR THE CARTILAGE COMPONENT AND A RUBEN STYLE OSTEOTOME TO HAVE A VERY CLEAN EXCISION OF THE BONY PART. ANY LITTLE RESIDUAL AREA I RASP DOWN.
Is this safe (removing the bump)? IN MY HANDS YES.
How long does this operation take? ABOUT 2 HOURS.
Can you tell me the risks? YES, RISKS ARE UNDER OR OVERCORRECTION OF THE AREA. BUT I AM VERY GOOD AT THIS. WE CAN DISCUSS THIS MORE DURING A CONSULTATION.
Does your face be fat after surgery that the causes are by trauma and ocular blood vessel disruption? NO, NEVER SEEN THAT.
