this is why i simply don't remove buccal fat. in the majority of individuals it further ages someone. i simply don't get the procedure. there is no buccal area in the jowl. the subcomponents in the jowl area include in my opinion the jowl, prejowl, anterior chin, post-jowl, and lateral mandible. those are areas that i fill in various ways. the prejowl and anterior chin i fill very often. the post-jowl/lateral mandible less so although i just did all the above stated areas yesterday. the "jawline" part of the video i asked you to watch details all of those areas, that is why i asked you to watch it because it covers all aspects of buccal and jawline for those individuals interested in understanding and working on precisely the lower half of the face. since no one has really thought of the lower face with the degree of sophistication that i have i wanted to shoot a detailed video on the subject. they are part of my thoughts that i have that will be published in my next book coming out next year, Aging Face: The New Paradigm (Elsevier).
best,
