i believe my technique for botox in areas of the wrinkled areas of the upper face constitutes micro botox because i use very small droplets over a wide area more than what most doctors do. i do see significant improvement in texture and tone. i do not inject botox into the cheek because of risk of spreading into the zygomaticus muscle and causing a weird smile or speech impediment. the risk is too great in my opinion. i do inject the nose but only for wrinkles. i am sure that you can inject the nose for pores but i do not do that.
