Hi Dr. Lam, I'm 56 y.o. and 15 years ago (I was 41) I had a FULL facelift, neck lift, and eyelid lift. Would a second surgery make my hairline even more scarce? Plus, I have the scars behind my ears into my hairline - would you be able to use those same areas to cut? Also, my ears are asymmetrical; one is about 1/2 inch higher than the other so my earrings hang unevenly. Would you be able to fix that during a facelift? Thank you.

none of my facelifts remove hair and my incisions don't even go into the hairline at all. they are about a 1/3 of the length of traditional facelift incisions. i also transplant hairs into the lost hair area for those who had facelifts done elsewhere but i do not do that the same day. i would separate that out by a few months if possible. i would most likely use the same incisions (but again nowhere near the length of what you had done). fixing asymmetric ears is not easy to do. i would have to see it but i would most likely tell you i would probably not be able to fix that, as it is near impossible to do.
