as you may or may not know, the two risks that make me uncomfortable to do a fat transfer are someone that is young (under 35) and someone who has major weight loss. you fit both unsafe profiles. the reason is that my fat does stay unlike most doctors and i worry that if you gain weight which can occur with aging and with an unstable weight profile, your face can look fat and in extreme cases even distorted. my suggestion for you is to use Restylane or some other kind of filler done by an experienced physician. and if you wonder does this last? the answer is yes if done a few rounds. in most cases it is actually cheaper to do fat transfer in someone older who is a better candidate but for someone young like yourself who only needs a small targeted area, trust me i think fillers will be cheaper and better for you. i do it better than most because i do it almost painlessly and also with a microcannula that minimizes bruising risk and creates very smooth results. hope that helps.
best,
