when i do hands i typically use 10 ports of entry going 13 different angles. in other words, i reuse 3 of the ports to go in different directions. I rebuild the back of the hand, proximal fingers up to knuckles, thenar eminence (transition over to the thumb). i believe just like the face that the hands should be blended and i use the smaller areas like the fingers and thumb area to transition from the augmented dorsum, or back, of the hand. btw, no more questions this weekend please. i am moving the entire forum over including blog and website over by monday. this question might just disappear in the process.
best,
sml
