1. the links that i have in this "ask dr. lam" forum no longer work because i have changed all of my URLs with this new website format. i'm sorry. you will have to find them using a search feature, but my website is much better so you should be more easily able to find info on this site.
2. new spam filters have been applied so some of the outrageous spam should no longer show up. sorry if any of that offended any of you.
